Country Lane Quilts and Family Cooking is written by Katie Stoltzfus and her three daughters. Along with delectable Pennsylvania Dutch recipes, it also features quilt photos and info on the various patterns. Katie is grandmother to three of the girl students who were involved in the Nickel Mines School tragedy, and there is a memorial section in the back of the Amish cookbook dedicated to the victims.
